Organizational Change Practitioner
Focused on Diversity, Equity, Inclusion
ABOUT
Born in Spain and raised in San Francisco's Mission District, I am bilingual and bicultural. I hold a BA in Multicultural and Gender Studies and a MA in Organizational Development from University of San Francisco. At the confluence of my identity, culture, and education, I find meaning, make sense of the world, and ignite my purpose.

Currently leading global Belonging and Inclusion for Asana, I work to engender a sense of belonging for folks from historically marginalized communities by fostering allyship and organizational commitments to inclusion. Before joining the tech world, I spent 20+ years leveraging relationships across non-profit organizations on issues of equity and justice. My work has spanned from food insecurity, to higher education, to economic development, and access to informal science education. When not working to support organizations I volunteer to advance equity through my work as co-chair of the University of San Francisco’s Women’s Leadership and Philanthropy Board and Board Member of The Roots and Soul Foundation.
